How subscriptions are working?
Each subscription package includes some amount of captcha credits. These credits can be used to pay for captcha tasks.
1 task of image captcha costs 1 captcha credit.
1 task of JS captcha costs 3 captcha credits, which includes Recaptcha V2/V3, Hcaptcha, GeeTest, and others.
Your profit is that cost of each captcha task is lower than if you'd pay with USD balance funds. This is your way to get great discount right away.
At the end of each billing period your subscription's package credit amount is reset to original value.
Example:
1. You've purchased "Starter" package for 15,000 credits on December 15.
2. On 14th of January you've spent 14,500 of your credits, 500 credits left.
3. On 15th of January your card is billed again and your captcha credits balance is restored to 15,000.
You can spend your captcha credits on any captcha type or a combination of them.
For example, you have 15,000 credits:
- 5,000 credits you spend on 5,000 image captchas.
- 6,000 credits you spend on 2,000 Recaptcha V2.
- 3,000 credits you spend on 1,000 Recaptcha V3.
- With 1,000 credits left you can spend them on 1,000 image captchas or 333 JS-captchas.

How do I purchase a subscription?
Go to menu Finance - Subscriptions, click "Add". Or navigate through this link.
How do I cancel/resume a subscription?
If you want to cancel, go to menu Finance - Subscriptions, click "cancel subscription" near the one you want to cancel. It will take a while as we send request to our payment provider. Subscription will not renew, and you won't be able to use the remaining credits. To use the remaining credits, you need to resume your subscription.
If you want to resume your subscription, please go to payment provider control panel and resume it from there. After resuming we will receive an automatic notification from the payment provider and your subscription will be restored in Anti-Captcha.
For PayProGlobal: Sign into https://cc.payproglobal.com/Customer with login and password which were sent to you from PayProGlobal by email. You can find this email by this phrase: "order is complete (#ORDER_NUMBER_HERE)". In the control panel select "Subscriptions" from the menu and click "Activate" button.
If you want to resume your subscription, please go to payment provider control panel and resume it from there. After resuming we will receive an automatic notification from the payment provider and your subscription will be restored in Anti-Captcha.
For PayProGlobal: Sign into https://cc.payproglobal.com/Customer with login and password which were sent to you from PayProGlobal by email. Are captcha credits added up at the next billing cycle?
No, they don't. Instead, they reset to package's original value.
